We're proud of our hand-made products and are confident that you will love them too. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your piece you may return it within 30 days from the date you received your order.
You will then be entitled to a full refund less all shipping and handling. Shipping and handling costs are the actual cost of shipping, and includes both the original and return freight costs.
Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition; ie assembled, unused and unaltered, in their original packaging with all supporting items, instructions, fixtures and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please email support@fnrblr.com and quote your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include:
- Sales or Clearance items
- Customised or special order items (such as The Bale Record Drawers)
- Totes Amazebag (as the cost of return shipping would be as much as the item itself)

This Australian Consumer Law Guarantee only applies to you if you are deemed a “consumer” under the Australian Consumer Law (being a schedule to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and therefore it may not apply in your particular case.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All FNRBLR products have 12 months manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage*. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Wear and Tear caused by misuse that are not suitable for product will not be covered under the warranty.
International warranty laws do not apply. However, it is our ambition that your FNRBLR products bring you pleasure and offer value. If you have an earnest complaint, please email support@fnrblr.com and quote your order number and we will make our best efforts to rectify the situation.
